New York & Company black Rayon skirt size 16

Straight Outta the 90s! I have had this skirt a long time and it served me well. Size 16, 26 inch length, and super comfy. Pull on with a drawstring. Pretty sure my cat chewed on the drawstring (as you can see in the picture).
