This is a pre-owned New York & Company sleeveless top, size S. It features a V-neck with a cascading ruffle detail. The outer layer is a lightweight, semi-sheer woven fabric with a small black polka dot pattern, made of 100% polyester. The inner lining is a knit blend of 95% rayon and 5% spandex. The top measures approximately 26 inches in length and 15 inches in width. No visible imperfections were noted.
