New York & Company Polkadot sheer blouse

This beautiful polkadots sheer blouse is gorgeous. It has no damages. It’s black and white with nice sheering. Thick black stretch band at waist of shirt and at the wrist of the sleeves. It’s long sleeves, but has a loose comfort fit. It has a smaller thin black band around the neck. All to enhance the blouse. It’s ready for a new fashionista home.
