New York & Company Black Dressy Top sleeveless with a little cap like detail

This top has cute zipper detail that zips open and has pockets. I never used the pockets, I just like how it looks. It is a button down, but it’s a little covered. I always just pulled it over. I love this top, but wanted to refresh my closet.
