New York & Co black and white 3/4 sleeve Tweed looking dress, comfy!!

this is a new without tags New York and Company size small black and white three-quarter length sleeve dress. This almost looks like a tweed with the way that it is woven but it’s soft on the inside and so well cut, very easy to wear. I bought it and removed the tags and just never had a chance to wear it after Covid hit. See photos for measurements, true to size small but it is a loose fitting piece. You’ll love this one when you need to dress up but still look cute and comfy.
