New York & Co Strapless Black dress with white polka dots EUC

This is a vintage dress. I wore this 1x in 2006 to my cousins college graduation. Why do I remember that ? I just had my 2nd child and Zit was a goal to get into this dress. Needless to say, it’s EUC and timeless !
