New XS BCBG Black & White Stretch Top Empire Waist Shirt

Brand new black and white colored top with an empire waist. The material is very soft, smooth and stretches. Perfect condition, purchased and took the tags off but I've never ended up reaching for it to wear. Measurements are approximately: 15.5" armpit to armpit, 14" across the narrowest part and 24" in length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem.
