different_babe @dabi1531 It is Tibetan silver which is actually more pure than sterling silver. It is 95% silver and then 5% Zinc Alloy. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy. Tibetan silver 95% silver and 5% alloy. The difference is usually sterling silver is either a tin or a copper alloy; sometimes nickel. The alloy is a stronger metal that does not cause skin reactions such as nickel and does not tarnish, but then it is plated with sterling silver over the top.
