New With Tag Cat & Jack Girls 3T Oatmeal Heather A-line Dress With Pockets

This is brand new with the tag still on. Very comfortable fabric. Made of recycled polyester (see photos of tags) and a bit of spandex for some stretch. Pockets on both sides, can be seen in two photos. Very flattering and adorable on any child. Would work for winter with leggings and vest or spring/fall on its own. No marks or imperfections. Purchased as possible gift then forgot to return within store’s timeframe.
