The dress has a black velvet fitted corset top (structured-no need for a bra) & you also have the option to wear or not to wear the black straps. On the inside top of the corset you have the option to go strapless or wear the straps that are provided & packaged up separately and sold with the dress (I photographed the package of straps but they have never been opened-see photos).They are a solid black color to match the bodice of the black velvet fitted corset top. There is a black ribbon around the base of the corset & the beginning of the skirt portion of the dress. Also,Starting at the top of the corset & running down the left side of the dress is a zipper (makes it very easy to get into the dress). The bottom portion of the dress has a wonderful intricate black floral/botanical embroidery on a sheer material that is white in color.There are multiple layers (tulle,organza,satin ) underneath the embroidered outer layer.
