New Tribal pottery vase with four symbols signed

In excellent condition tribal pottery vase with four symbols of a diamond, crossed arrows, a bird and the fourth one looks like a thunder. Color: brown, white and black Had signature at the bottom but couldn’t identify the artist nor the tribe.
