hrpartonq @theenatasha - Hi there, thank you for the question, it does run bigger in the chest area to have the comfy off the shoulder look, or you can also adjust to wear zipped & on the shoulders. However, I feel it will fit ladies a little differently based on various frames as well. Great question looking at the busy measurements & thinking on how the top fits as well. It fits more at the hip area. Let me know if additional questions. ~ Hallie

theenatasha @hrpartonq Thank you! I actually have pretty wide hips and a lil belly. Like... 42" hips. My bust is 37". I'm just thinking if it would flatter me or not. I like how it looks loose in my problem area (tummy). I am 5'5" 150lbs. and I wear the weight fairly well but I am definitely large in most tops. Just trying to think if it runs large.... I bought something in a boutique recently in a medium that "ran large" and it was like, falling off me! It was so big! Any opinions here? LOL sorry...

hrpartonq @theenatasha - I understand trying to figure it out & the sizing of various boutique clothing. I took out the M, L, & XL to measure & compare (dbl check sizing). The L, measuring, I feel, would fit your hip area at 42”, and then give a looseness in the bust area for the off shoulder style if wanted. For the little belly, I feel the loose part would help hide in the middle though the tapered hem would sit on your hip to help not make the top be one loose fit….
