neeash @fashnbabe yes it has padding and will fit 34 DD. But it might not hold up w/o the pads... But u can totally remove it Hun. Also, I can give u a bundle deal for this and the necklace for only $$42. Also I'm currently sold out of this one but will be getting some more by next weekend. Lmk ur thoughts.
