New Speechless Halter Dress Size 2X

This is a great new with tags Marilyn Monroe style halter dress in Steel Blue, size 2X. It ties at the back of the neck and waist and has a gorgeous rhinestone pin/pendant at the front waist. It is 18” wide from side to side at the waist and is 33” long from center neckline to hem. The ties at the neck are 28” each and 28” each at the waist. It is pleated at the top front with elastic across the back. The skirt is pleated to flow. It is a great formal dress made of 100% polyester. The pin/pendant is 2 1/4” high by 1” wide, can add chain for pendant, chain not excluded. Machine in cold water on gentle cycle. Wash with similar colors, only non-chlorine bleach if needed, line dry. Remove pin/pendant before washing. Comes from a smoke free home
