New - Silver Rhodium-Plated Heart Locket Key Pendant - Marked 750 Italy on Pendant - Marked 750 on the Chain Clasp Original ad says it is Rhodium Plated & Cable Chain It has a Sterling Silver sticker on the back of the box Still in Its Original Red Ribbon Box - I undid the back piece of tape so I could measure it. Item was purchased in 2013 so it is vintage but has been in storage - Never worn or even taken out of the box Chain measures 17-18 inches long I didn't take it all of the way out of the box Key locket measures about 1.75 inches Heart opens up and has two slots for small photos Heart head does not have any markings - I supposed it could be engraved but not sure The blue inside is a little darker than it looks in the photos Box has a little bump where the ribbon goes across
