mypuggie7 Hi! I'm fair skinned, with pink tones. Not glow-in-the-dark white, but I don't tan; only burn. Also, does this really cover dark undereye circles? Mine are bad,, and I've got 8 or 9 concealers that do not work. I'm thinking either Scarlet, Tulie, or Lace. Please advise, so I can buy one. Thanks!
