New See by Chloe Jona knee high boots

These boots are GORGEOUS!! They have never been worn but have 2 tiny flaws, a tiny black dot and very light scuff marks...see pictures. Size 6.5 fit more like a 6. Purchased for $420 but they are just a tad too small and so they have been in storage. Comes with box, dust bag and care instructions.
