cebrightwelljr @annaviv You get two magnets, one with the ruby crystal and one 24K gold plated. The magnets are very strong for their size and the natural attraction holds them in place. One magnet with the ruby crystal goes on the the inside of the ear and the other goes on the back side of the ear. (See photos)
