BRAND NEW but no tags (was a gift and never used). I don't see a designer, but this is really a BEAUTY! I just don't have any "evening clothes" to go with it... A beautiful WINE color that SHIMMERS because of the satiny fabric. It has gold hardware. There's a golden RHINESTONE FLOWER "brooch" (doesn't come off) that holds the folds/pleats together in front. There's one zippered pocket inside ~ and BLACK satin lining (also in pristine, new condition). A long gold chain (that fits inside) gives you the option of using this as a shoulder bag. There's an 11-1/2" drop to the chain. The purse measures 6-1/2" across at the top ~ the flat bottom of the purse is 7-1/2" across although the sides will "pooch" out a little to about 8-1/2" across. It's 4-3/4" tall. It's absolutely GORGEOUS and deserves an owner who will wear it and get the compliments that this deserves.
