Brand new "Vinnie" cutout booties by Rampage. These booties are so pretty and feminine and would look great with skinny jeans, or denim shorts/skirt. They are size 9.5 and fit true to size (this is the size I wear), they are comfortable and easy to walk in. Laces are adjustable. Selling just because I have too many shoes and I hardly wear heels anymore. I only wore these on carpet so I could write about the fit and comfort. Listing for less than the $25 I paid at Ross.
