New with and without tags Black or navy Ponte Bootcut stretch pants by quince super soft and lots of stretch. Nice thickness to them so they won't show every bump or line. Some have tags some don't but all are new. These are a dark navy blue or black. Inseam length 32 inch. The medium has a 30inch waste without pulling any stretch.
