This is a full length flared ruffled maxi skirt from Norma Kamali in a size XS, new with the tag. Layer upon layer of tiered black and white nylon blend gauze, with delicate floral print. Pull-on style, with banded waist. It is actually full enough to be a circle skirt, but the length gives it just enough flare. 82% nylon, 18% spandex. The last 2 photos are to show fit only.
