New Nine West Cork Heel

Vintage never worn lace up heel I travel all over for business , bought these years ago in NYC and never wore them. These are very unique lace up Fabric upper and lace Polka dots red, olive green,yellow, black and light tan. Would go with many outfits 7.5 but it runs small , so I think a 7 could easily wear
