This is brand new for Nevermore costume. Its nicely made, handmade. Unfortunately my son changed his mind on our theme and Im not stuck with a handmade costume I paid full price on and cannot return! Jacket - Satin material comes with tie & belt (both have velcro ends) Dress is super cute! definitely one of the best costumes out there for Nevermore
