Designer Dolce & Gabbana LOVE these! Size: 40 IT so they are a 4 in US These have yet to be hemmed so they are great for any tall woman! Inseam is 41.5". Have them custom hemmed! This is not a mis-type; very long but you can have them hemmed custom at any dry cleaners. 100% cotton There is something on the pants as shown in the pictures, no idea what, may come clean at the dry cleaners or in the wash. The bottom hems are also dusty as they touched the floor in the store. Made in Italy
