Jeffree Star Cosmetics (JSC) Velour Liquid Lipstick in a gorgeous deep blue shade with green pearl named 'Mushroom Ocean'. This was originally launched as part of the Fall Psychedelic Circus Collection! Brand new, only opened box to take pictures. Never been used or even swatched. The velour liquid lipstick is also safe to use as eyeliner or eyeshadow! Long lasting, non-sticky and dries matte. Please keep in mind that the liquid lipsticks do dry out over time but you can add duraline or run it under warm water to reactivate. - Trying to declutter and clear out all my extras!
