New with tags Men’s leather Ride Tec black boots. Boots features heavy duty full-grain leather. Goodyear welt construction with cushion insoles. Oil resistant outsoles. These boots run big. My husband wears 10 1/2 - 11 and he was able to put them on but the were tight on his toes so I would say they would be comparable to a 9 1/2 maybe a 10.
