New without tags, Madison Marcus Short Silk Blouse This is an adorable feminine blush pink top and a size XS. Flowy and comfortable. It has short sleeves and a zipper down the back. It is 100% polyester and has a ruffle peplum chiffon at hem. I'm selling this for a friend otherwise I would keep it if it fit! It is simply adorable. Shoulder to shoulder is14 inches, length of sleeve is 6 inches, armpit to armpit is 18 inches, shoulder to ruffle is 19 inches in total length is 23 inches.
