New MOTHER short sleeveless drawstring dress M

This is a women’s new short sleeveless dress from MOTHER brand. It was a sample piece, so it is missing the size and fabric tags but it feels like a cotton or linen/cotton weave. Made in the USA, it has horizontal bands of orange, blue, and red. V neck, with buttons to the waist and built-in drawstring, chest pockets and inset side pockets. I believe it is a M, it measures 19.5” across the chest, and just over 35” from the shoulder to the hem.
