New Look (boutique) olive/army green utility jacket

Worn but material is in excellent condition. Only problem is that the string that could be used to make the waist smaller is only available on one side now. This can probably be fixed with a needle to push it back out the other side. Otherwise, the string can be entirely removed if desired.
