This is a matching set. The top and bottom are black and white vertical stripes - it’s black threading which makes the stripes appear very dark gray. The flowy top is sleeveless and the bottom hem is raw. The pants have pockets and an elastic waist. There is a tie as well. The pants are high waisted and cropped.
