Measurements: Underarms, laying flat unstretched: 17.5 inches Underarm to bottom hem: 14 inches This top uses a vegan PVC vinyl lining that is designed for heat trapping. Due to it's manufacturing process, there may be a smell associated with brand new materials. This is normal and will go away once it's aired out.
