New Jeffree Star Velour Liquid “ I Gotta Go” NIB!. Just as a quick overview though, the Velour Liquid Lipsticks are very pigmented and apply smoothly. They also don’t dry down fully and stay about 5% tacky so that they wear comfortably and won’t crumble. They are transfer proof, and kiss proof. They are not make out proof though, just a heads up. The applicator on these are my favorites as well. They are very “brush” like, which makes applying so much easier, in my opinion. I typically don’t have to go back in with a small lip brush to perfect anything, unless we’re getting up close and personal like we are today. NIB!
