These are a pair of new with tags Halara Shorts. SIZE SMALL. Color is called Granite Stone. Measurements Waist is a 13 across, but stretches 2.5 more inches if necessary. Very Stretchy waist- band. 10 inches down if you include the waist band. These are Halara, I paid $40 for them, and never wore them BECAUSE I HAVE TOO MANY CLOTHES!
