Hi! If this is brand new, how come there are a ton of scratches on the padlock?

@poshpoonam Hi. There aren't a ton of scratches on the padlock. As you can see in pictures (especially in the 4th picture) the padlock has a plastic protector on it. I have never removed the plastic sheet on the padlock. The bag has never been used.

@poshpoonam. No problem. The film is in the 5th photo as well. You can see if you compare the gold around the push buttons is more vibrant gold than the rest with the clear protector on it.
