This is a Frank & Eileen "Mini Belfast" cropped sweatshirt peacoat in a navy and white horizontal stripe pattern. It features a double-breasted design with four visible gold-toned buttons and a wide collar. The jacket has long sleeves with rolled cuffs and two front patch pockets. Made from a triple fleece, 100% cotton fabric, it has a relaxed fit. F&E does not use retail tags. Overstock- new and label has been cut to prevent retail returns.
