New Feel the Piece Cobalt Cashmere Sweater

Brand new Feel the Piece by LA Designer Terre Jacobs Cobalt 100% Cashmere Sweater. Size O/S Crew neckline, ribbed hem/wrist line. Slightly hi-low waist with the back being slightly longer than the front. There is one small defect, I photographed it (there appears to be a few pieces of black material stuck to the outside of the sweater in one small area, I am not sure what from) but no snags/holes or flaws. I have not attempted to remove the black pieces for fear of causing a snag.
