By Elle, size Small. Approximately 40 inch chest and 24.5 inches from shoulder to hemline. 100% Rayon. The blouse has beautiful white chiffon like feel. Very lightweight and flowy. Embroidered on the front is an elegant flower pattern in a royal navy blue. The sleeves are capped and the bodice is cinched with elastic. It also has ties behind the neck with a keyhole cutout. New and never used. Still has original tag attached. The tag is a bit deformed from accidentally getting wet from a spot cleaning. From a smoke free home.
