narvalparty @chelc2c I believe it is meant to stretch, I am definitely not a size zero or two. I am safely in the six to eight size range. the flat measurements of the waist are 27 and my waist is 28-29 and it stretched to fit comfortable enough when I tried it on. ( bought it for event that was cancelled)
