New Dr. Martens White 1461 Smooth Leather Platform Oxfords (US Women’s 10/Men’s 9/UK 8/EU 42) Stylish white platform Oxfords. Iconic Dr. Martens design. Durable and comfortable. Smooth leather. Bought new from another seller, but sadly they’re too small for me. I usually wear UK 8 in other Dr. Marten’s boots, but found these to run a little snug (compared to say the Jaden Platform boot). Sad to let them go because they’re such a beautiful shoe, but hopefully they’ll be a great addition to someone else’s wardrobe. The 1461 shoe made its debut in 1961 hot on the heels of our Original boot — and it hasn’t slowed down since. The latest remix stands on our bold, yellow-stitched Quad platform sole for extra height when you want to stand taller. It’s made with Smooth leather, which looks great polished or scuffed, with a wide, rounded toe shape for comfort no matter where you’re headed. Sole Height - Platform height: 1 1/2 in; Heel height: 2 in Footbed - Wider and a more rounded toe shape A twist on the classic Dr. Martens leather: durable, with a smooth and polished finish. Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
