New Directions Petite Black and White Layered Blouse Cascading Front Ruffle PXL

New Directions Petite black and white layered blouse is size women’s PXL. Front has a cascading ruffle that has 4 buttons to hold it close. Sleeves are 3/4 length. The design is sort of like a floral paisley design, but not really. The blouse is a little on the heavy side with the solid black under top a full top only sewn at the shoulders. The black and white over top has a v-neck above the buttons and shows some of the solid black part. Then after the buttons the black and white part cascades with a ruffle to the sides of the blouse showing a lot more of the solid black part. 3/4 sleeves have a bell bottom with sheer material hanging lower than the black and white part. The blouse was made in a way to give it the look of pleats. I got this at a 2nd hand store for my oldest daughter for work but it’s not her style. Made in Cambodia of 96% polyester 4% spandex. Contrast 100% polyester. Blouse has lots of stretch. Armpit to armpit is 20” across. Shoulder to side hem is 26” long.
