Pretty New Directions navy blue tiered swing top blouse with long, flowy bell sleeves in a lightweight spring appropriate material. It is a slightly sheer material and would probably be good to wear a navy blue undergarment. Please note that the tag was loose so i hand sewn it back onto the to hem of the blouse.
