Good condition. See Photos!! This blouse was New with tags but I thought there was a stain on the sleeve so I treated it and laundered. But I don't think it's a stain, it seems to be a tiny discoloration in the fabric. You have to look really close to see it. Super cute cut with a tie Front and bell like sleeves.
