New with out box. Still has the plastic over the bronzer. Could be used as contouring as well. The compact is so luxurious with a cream cushion leather feel top. Insider is the powder Bronzer with mirror. I just got back from France & Italy and brought back a ton of product. Dior is produced in France and priced better than in the states.
