New Dillard's Starfish Statement Brooch Openwork Turquoise Beads & Crystals

Large 2-1/2" across. The bead setting appear to be floating due to the openwork design - open space between settings. Mostly faceted turquoise beads interspersed with different colored, shaped & sized crystals/rhinestones. The price tag has been removed from the bottom of the case.
