New Coach black peep toe wedge shoes

New with box Coach black patent leather peep toe wedge shoes. New with tags and in box. Size 9.5. Purchased from Macy’s. One of the shoes has something loose in the wedge of the heel. I don’t see anything but I hear something rattling inside. Not sure what it is.
