New Black Velvet lined Jacket with satin trim

This black feminine velvet jacket with satin trim has never been worn and is in perfect condition. It has 1/2 inch shoulder pads and is labeled a size 8 even though it is probably more like a 4 with modern size inflation. Please pay close attention to the measurements to ensure a good fit.
