New Biden Blue/Gray top with Rosebud Appliqués

Adorbs!! Hard to find Boden top with raw edge ruffles sewn around entire neckline and fashioned into rosebuds trailing down the bodice! Dress up with white jeans or casual capris! Never worn, never laundered. Color is hard to capture but a deep plum blue or slate grey hue. Very different and sooo cute! Biden runs small so this size 10 would fit a small to medium as well.
