Sleek dual layer running shorts by New Balance. Measures 16 inches straight across the back waistband, inner inseam is 6 inches and outer inseam is 2 inches. Compression layer shorts have small pockets at the bottom of the legs. Bought these because shorts are a struggle for me and my skin gets irritated and chafed easily. Thought these would add protection to my legs and still allow for comfort in hot temps but unfortunately these are too big on me. :( (Bin 3-14)
