New Anthropologie Shabby Chic Holiday Ornament with Rope Tie. Someone gave this to me as a gift last year but I have a tiny little vintage silver tree and this is too big and heavy for it. So I stored until I could list for this holiday season. If no one is interested, I will re-gift. :). The rust markings are how it was made. It is a shabby chic look. It came in an Anthropologie bag and just the plastic tag is on it still.
